Dave Duckett / Sheila Cennon Penthouse, The River (2013-2016)

Located on a river near an urban city center, this full-floor penthouse was fully customized to the Client’s requests. Although housed in a modern building, the interiors are crafted of natural materials: wide plank oak floors, wood panelling, bronze & wood doors and natural stone are featured throughout. A fully integrated electronic operating system allows the client to operate all aspects of the home from an IPad. Furniture and area carpets were custom designed for the residence, or TDI assisted the client with their selections. The result is a calm and peaceful aerie in the city.
