‘The Avenue’ 5-star hotel & residences, Downtown Dubai, 2008

Occupying prime position at the gateway to the Burj Dubai tower, this ultra-luxury project included a five-star hotel ‘The Address’ and spa as well as private residences and a four-story penthouse.

The project was intended to be LEED silver rated. To be featured as the centerpiece of EMAAR’s entry to ‘Cityscape’ 2008, this all-digital project included high-resolution CG renderings and animations.

‘The Address’ 5-star Hotel and Spa, Bistro cafe, Fine Dining restaurant, Bar, Lobby Lounge, separate residential and resort entrances. The residential units included a mix of various 2,3 and 4 bedroom units ranging is size from 2500 sf to 35,000 sf 4-story Penthouse
