Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, CA (1999-2001)

Extensive Renovations to the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel focused on attracting the new ‘MTV’ generation. Unused spaces of the existing public spaces were envisioned into an inviting fireplace lounge.

A new cocktail bar with backlit onyx top was a challenge to design and document. The typical guestroom bathrooms were ingeniously redesigned to increase the number of fixtures from three to four - required to upgrade the hotel to a Four-star rating.
